Jack Haven has shared an emergency plea asking to be hired on a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) production in order to qualify for health insurance.
The 32-year-old I Saw the TV Glow star uploaded a video to YouTube video on Friday (September 18), titled “Are You Casting?” and in it they say they’re “in a bit of an emergency situation” and need to make $4,000 by the end of the month to qualify for SAG’s health insurance in January.
“I will do pretty much any job. I can sing, I can dance, I can talk softly, loudly. I can do accents,” they added.
Many of the commenters on the YouTube video were positive and encouraging.

Jack is best known for I Saw the TV Glow, but they also starred in director Jane Schoebrun‘s newest movie Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma co-starring Hannah Einbinder and Gillian Anderson. Their other credits include the Netflix series Atypical, The Glass Castle, Downsizing, Irrational Man, and Bombshell, among others.
