TwitchCon is returning to San Diego this fall, bringing streamers, gamers, and fans together for a weekend filled with live shows, panels, competitions, meet-and-greets, and gaming experiences.
The 2026 event will take place from Friday, November 13, through Sunday, November 15, at the San Diego Convention Center. Twitch has already published the official schedule, with programming planned across all three days.
What is TwitchCon 2026?
TwitchCon is Twitch’s annual in-person convention celebrating the platform’s creators and online communities. The San Diego event will feature live entertainment, gaming demonstrations, creator-focused workshops, community meetups, and competitive events.
The official event schedule includes activities for both longtime Twitch viewers and people who are simply interested in gaming, livestreaming, and internet culture.
What will happen at TwitchCon?
One of the major attractions will be the Twitch Rivals Arena, where streamers will compete in live gaming events. The Glitch Theater will also host major programming, including the opening ceremony, headline shows, and a drag showcase.
Attendees can visit Creator Camp for workshops focused on improving livestreams and building an online audience. Community Meetups will give fans the opportunity to connect with creators and other members of the Twitch community.
The convention will also include an Artist Alley, gaming demonstrations, sponsor activations, and a variety of interactive activities across the expo floor.
Several entertainment brands are participating in this year’s event, according to the official Twitch blog post. Announced programming includes a Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Dungeons & Dragons one-shot led by Critical Role, a panel focused on Blade Runner 2099, and Capcom presentations featuring Mega Man: Dual Override, Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, and the 30th anniversary of Resident Evil.
Roblox will also host a community meetup and LAN takeover, while music streamers will be featured in programming designed around live performances and DJ sets.
How can you get tickets?
TwitchCon is offering several pass options, including one-day passes and a three-day pass with a party bundle. The official website is also promoting travel and hotel information for people attending from outside San Diego.
The TwitchCon website currently warns that ticket prices will increase on October 27, so attendees may want to make plans before that deadline. Some of the tiers are already sold out, so it’s best to purchase passes as soon as possible.
Can you watch TwitchCon online?
Some TwitchCon programming will be available to viewers at home through Twitch. The company has specifically announced livestreamed creator events, including an in-flight gaming tournament taking place before the convention officially begins.
More broadcast information is expected to be shared through Twitch’s official channels as the event gets closer.
