Shailene Woodley was just asked about the shocking claims that her ex-fiancé Aaron Rodgers recently made about their relationship, and she had an interesting reaction.
The 34-year-old Paradise actress and the 42-year-old Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback began dating in 2020 and got engaged later that year before eventually ending their relationship.
Last week, Aaron publicly shared his side of their breakup for the first time and made several surprising claims about what happened between them.
Now, Shailenehas been asked about his comments, but she didn’t exactly give a direct answer.
Shailene Woodley Reacts to Aaron Rodgers’ Claims
While arriving at a pre-Emmys fundraiser on Sunday night (September 13), Shailene was approached by a reporter and asked, “Any comment about Aaron Rodgers?”
Instead of answering the question, Shailene stopped walking, turned toward the reporter and laughed before continuing into the event with a friend, according to video
She did not say anything else about Aaron or his recent comments.
Her reaction comes just days after Aaron made some major claims about their relationship while appearing on the Not Just Football With Cam Heywardpodcast.
What Did Aaron Rodgers Say About Shailene Woodley?
As we previously reported,Aaronclaimed that Shailenetold him shortly after their engagement that she wanted to sleep with another man before they got married.
He also claimed that Shailene stopped wearing her engagement ring within a few months and disputed the previously reported timeline of their breakup.
“There wasn’t even a relationship in ’22 to break off,” Aaron claimed during the podcast. “She literally told me, ‘I don’t want to be with you,’ after we tried to have some sort of reconciliation in 2021.”
Aaron also claimed there were “a lot of narratives out there that are just not true” about what happened between them.
Shailene has previously spoken about how difficult the end of their relationship was for her, but she has not directly responded to Aaron‘s version of events. In a 2024 interview, she described their relationship as something that “was not right. But it was beautiful.”
For now, her laugh is the closest thing she’s given to a response.
