We officially have a date! Netflix has announced that the highly anticipated third season of Nobody Wants This will premiere globally on Thursday, October 22, 2026.

Alongside the release date announcement, Netflix has dropped a brand new batch of first-look photos and teaser art, giving fans a glimpse into the next chapter for Joanne (Kristen Bell), Noah (Adam Brody), and their messy, lovable circle of friends and family.

Before we dive into what’s next for the hit rom-com, be sure to catch up on our comprehensive preview for Nobody Wants This Season 3 here. Also, check out coverage of the casting news back in April that Sarah Silverman, Andrew Rannells, and Keyla Monterroso have joined the Season 3 cast.

So, what is on the agenda for the upcoming 10-episode season?

What to Expect from Season 3 of Nobody

What to Expect from Season 3 of Nobody Wants This
If you were exhausted by the “will they, won’t they” tension of the past, you’re in luck. The upcoming season is ditching the relationship anxiety and letting our central couple actually enjoy their romance.

When Season 3 picks up, Joanne and Noah are officially moving in together. The new episodes will focus on the couple settling into their new shared home and experiencing all the “firsts” of building a life together. The creative team has promised that despite the new domestic bliss, Joanne and Noah’s dynamic will remain just as fun, flirty, and full of the big romantic moments fans have come to expect.

Behind the scenes, the writers’ room had a very specific vision for the new episodes. Co-showrunner Jenni Konner revealed to Netflix that their guiding North Star was ensuring “this season feels like Champagne.” In fact, creator Erin Foster told Netflix that every time a new storyline was pitched, they would literally ask, “Is this Champagne?” If it didn’t fit that bubbly, effervescent vibe, the idea was scrapped.

While Joanne and Noah are thriving, the rest of the family is dealing with the messy fallout of the Season 2 finale. Sasha (Timothy Simons) and Esther (Jackie Tohn) are officially separated, throwing both of them back into the brutal Los Angeles dating pool.

Sasha’s new single status also throws a major curveball into his dynamic with Joanne’s sister, Morgan (Justine Lupe). Fans have long picked up on the underlying chemistry between the two, and with Sasha back on the market, their previously solidified friendship takes a complicated turn. According to the showrunners, viewers can expect that “unspoken thing” between them to finally be addressed, making the stakes incredibly high for the pair.

Romance aside, Morgan is also stepping into

Romance aside, Morgan is also stepping into her own spotlight professionally. As her and Joanne’s podcast continues to take off, Morgan starts looking for ways to elevate her own career and step out of her sister’s shadow.

While we’ll have to wait until October to see exactly how this “Champagne” season unfolds, we do have an early peek at the episode titles to keep us speculating in the meantime. What’s on Netflix can exclusively reveal new titles that hint at some massive milestones and seasonal chaos for our favorite Angelenos.

“Housewarming” perfectly aligns with Joanne and Noah moving in together, but it’s the heavy presence of matrimonial themes that really catches the eye. With titles like “The Wedding Planners,” “Brian’s Wedding,” and the very clever “I Jew,” it certainly seems like wedding bells—and perhaps a major step in Joanne’s spiritual journey—are on the horizon. Throw in potential holiday clashes with “Last Christmas” and some sweltering LA drama in “Heatwave,” and we are guaranteed plenty of romantic twists as the group navigates their next big steps.

Here are the Nobody Wants This Season 3 episode titles in alphabetical order:

Brian’s Wedding Daddy’s Home Heatwave Housewarming I Jew

    Brian’s Wedding
    Daddy’s Home
    Heatwave
    Housewarming
    I Jew
    It’s Perfect
